Craftsbury Academy, founded in 1829 — Craftsbury Common, Vermont

Sports

Craftsbury Schools believe that any and all students may participate in competitive team sports. Sports provide students opportunities to learn to work as members of a team, and to enhance physical abilities in a structured environment. Any student who wants to be on a team may join.

We offer interscholastic soccer in the fall plus basketball in the winter for grades four through twelve. The high school plays baseball and softball in the spring. The town is home to the Craftsbury Outdoor Center, which grooms some of the best x-c ski trails in the country, and which houses world class trainers who work with our students.

Please note that many of the coaches are volunteers. Without their help, our students would not have the opportunity to participate in sports. Many thanks to the coaches who spend countless hours supporting and encouraging our athletes to be the best that they can be.

Please call the school at (802) 586-2541 to verify the time and date of any game, including junior high and elementary games.
