Yoga Classes Open to the Community
Time:
3:15pm - 4:45pm
Looking for a good way to chase away the winter blues? Need some way to get out and do something healthy on bad weather days? Come join us on Wed. afternoons from 3:15 to 4:45 for yoga with Sophia Smith. It's open to the community and all levels are welcome. Just bring a mat! The cost is $10.00 a class or 6 classes for $50.00.
